Come join the volunteers of the Stittsville Foodbank clean up the capital. Twice a year, the city of Ottawa celebrates the Glad Cleaning the Capital event where groups clean up parts of their city by collecting garbage and cleaning up graffiti. In our case, we are cleaning up Stittsville Main Street from Abbot to Fernbank (time and weather permitting.)

Join us this Saturday, May 4th at 10:00 AM at the Stittsville Food Bank, 1651 Main Street and help clean up our city!

Our Mission

tea-plant-leaf-icon The Stittsville Food Bank provides assistance to those in need in the former Township of Goulbourn which includes the communities of Stittsville and the surrounding rural areas. We distribute non-perishable and perishable food items as well as a limited list of personal toiletries. The Stittsville Food Bank is run entirely by unpaid volunteers and has been in operation since 1992.
